Rams Rampage Club Home Workout

Whilst in lockdown Dewsbury Rams wants to keep as connected to it’s supporters as possible.

Although we can’t all meet at the Tetley’s Stadium at the moment we can bring a little bit of the Rams to your front room.

During the first national lockdown people wanted to get fit. They couldn’t leave their house and so Joe Wicks became an online sensation. His Body Coach YouTube videos kept people healthy and entertained for months.

Well here at the Rams we wanted to bring the first home rugby league workout.

There are ten different sessions for you to follow which will be going out each day. Players, Jon Magrin, Adam Ryder, Chris Annakin, Joe Martin and Bailey Liu have all worked hard to put these sessions on.

Head coach Lee Greenwood commented on the initiative: “This is another brilliant initiative from the club. Following on from our hugely successful Rampage club, I’m sure these workout videos will be a big hit.

“There are plenty of home exercise videos about at the moment but I don’t recall seeing any specific to rugby, performed by professional players.

“This is a great way for us to engage with not just our local community and supporters but anyone around the world.

“Any junior (or adult!) can enjoy these sessions.”
