Yesterday we announced the re-signing of centre Matty Fleming.
The experienced centre is an athletic individual who enjoys getting up and down the pitch to help his team out.
Fleming made an impression during the 2020 season as his performances were getting better and better with every game.
On re-signing for the club, Fleming said: “It was an easy decision to stay after the way we started this season. I think we have something great going that we can build on next year.”
Since joing the Rams, Fleming has enjoyed the close tight knit family feel the club has.
He commented: “I have loved it. We have a really close team and I think that shows by the way people wanted to work for each other. I cant wait to get back out there.”
“It’s very enjoyable to play when the atmosphere is like that.
“It just makes it so much easier to play when everyone gets on with each other.”
Fleming also wanted to say the following to the fantastic Rams supporters: “Firstly, I would just like to say that I hope that everyone is well and staying safe.
“Secondly I would like to say that I can’t wait to get back out there playing in front of you all again and get back to winning ways.”
