Ryder stays a Ram

Dewsbury Rams are delighted to confirm they have exercised the 2nd year contract option for Adam Ryder.

Ryder has performed at a consistently high level for Dewsbury since joining in 2018. He’s become an integral part of the side playing in the centre position.

The club has had many great centre’s down the years and you can read all about them in David Hymoes piece here.

On being able to retain Ryder, head coach Lee Greenwood said: “Adam is a quality player for us and one of our aims is to keep quality players where it is possible.

“He is one of a number of players that were on 2 year deals that we had to renegotiate with in order for us to be able to put a competitive squad out in 2021, so for this we are thankful.

“Adam seems to have improved season on season during his career and I believe that can continue into next year.”

An interview with Adam will be put on the website tomorrow.
