Dewsbury Rams can confirm that Martyn Reilly has left the club and signed for Oldham.

Reilly has become a fans favourite and was hugely involved with the club’s community project over the last two seasons the Rampage Club.

On leaving the Rams, Reilly said: “I’d just like to thank everyone at Dewsbury Rams for the past 3 seasons, I honestly can say it has been an absolute pleasure to play here!

“I’d like to thank Mark for sticking by me through a tough injury and all the coaches and backroom staff and players who kept me positive and pulled me through.

“It wasn’t an easy choice for me to make to leave Dewsbury and I did so with a heavy heart, but the opportunity that has come up for me I feel Is the right one for myself right now.

“I’ve loved working with and developing all the juniors on a Monday night too! I hope I see that carry on!
