Dewsbury Rams were victorious against the Widnes Vikings live on the our league app on Sunday night in what was an outstanding performance by the whole team.
Try scorers on the night were Michael Knowles, Sam Day and Adam Ryder, with Sykes scoring two penalties and two conversion kicks out of three.
The victory moves the Rams up to seventh in the division and its the first time the club has beaten the Vikings on home soil for twenty years.
