Match Report- Dewsbury Rams 0-38 Toulouse

Dewsbury Rams were defeated 38-0 on Saturday afternoon by French side Toulouse.

The Rams tried to make the fixture as awkward as possible for the visitors and did have flashes of attacking play. However Toulouse in the end came out the victors.

It was Toulouse who opened the scoring when Constantine Mika found a gap in the Rams defence. Anthony Marion was on kicking duty for the visitors and duly kicked his first attempt to make the score 0-6 to Toulouse.

Whilst the Rams were trying to get back into the game it was Toulouse who again scored. Marion this time going through to score his own try, he then missed the conversion leaving the score at 0-10. That was the score going in to half time.

Dewsbury conceded another try three minutes into the second half. Joseph Bretherton this time scoring the try, Marion converted and the score now stood at 16-0 to Toulouse.

The visitors then grabbed another two tries in quick succession. First Clement Boyer in the 59th minute then Jonathan Ford went over the whitewash in the 64th minute. Marion converted one kick, he missed the other taking the score to 26-0.

Toulouse added to their tally on the 69th minute when Mark Kheirallah went over the line. Marion converted his kick and that now put the score at Rams 0-32 Toulouse.

The final try of the game came when James Bell planted the ball over the line to score, again Marion converted the kick.

The game ended Dewsbury Rams 0-38 Toulouse.
