Kelly looks ahead to Featherstone fixture

Dewsbury Rams Head Coach Neil Kelly has looked ahead to this weekend’s fixture at Featherstone Rovers.

Kelly’s side have won two games on the spin now, defeating Sheffield in the steel city 30-20 and last week the Rams were victorious over Barrow winning 32-12 on the day.

The Rams Head Coach says the team is full of confidence going into the fixture on Sunday, he said: “We want to take that good form into the Featherstone game this weekend, we give a good account of ourselves earlier on in the season when played them at their place.

“Ultimately we went down to a comfortable scoreline, it’s a game of two halves at Featherstone as they have a slightly slopping pitch.”

Kelly continued: “We are a different animal to play against now, we have got the confidence from getting a couple of wins. Overall we have got four or five wins in a short period of time, so that gives us some confidence.

“We are going there full of confidence and wanting to give another good account of ourselves, and whether that harvests a win for the team that remains to be seen. However i’m quite certain that we will go there and give it our very best shot.”
