Hanging Heaton have appointed Christopher Brown as their new head coach.
Brown will be assisted on the coaching staff by former player Darren Addison.
Training ahead of the Green and Golds’ upcoming Pennine League campaign commenced yesterday.
Hanging Heaton were League and Cup winners last term and Brown will be tasked with delivering more success in the months ahead.
A statement on the club’s Facebook page read: “Christopher has a fantastic enthusiasm for the game along with a very good CV and a wealth of knowledge to back this up.
“He will be assisted by our recently-retired second-row stalwart, Darren Addison, who will bring knowledge of the club and team to the mix.
“We would like to take this opportunity to wish Chris, Daz and all the lads the best for the upcoming season.”
