Dewsbury Rams fans are starting the week with news of two new signings.

Former Halifax and Sheffield Eagles winger Rob Worrincy has signed a permanent deal with the club for 2018, while former loanee second rower Billy Hayes is now a Rams player after completing a move from Huddersfield Giants.

The news was first reported in Monday’s League Express.

Head coach Neil Kelly said: “Rob is going to be bring vast experience and competition to the wing spots.

“That’s an area where I’m looking for significant improvement next year, while I am also pleased to have made Billy a Rams player after he impressed last season.

Kelly added: “I’m still looking to recruit a front rower to complement the middle players already at the club.”

Dewsbury Rams can also confirm that half-back Paul Sykes has put pen to paper on a new one-year contract with club.
