Dewsbury Rams are delighted to announce that 19 year old 2nd rower Taran Wildey has commited himself to Dewsbury Rams until the end of the 2010 season. Taran has been out of the game for a while after playing in the Rams' succesful Senior Academy in 2006/07. He recently returned to the club and grasped his opportunity in the 1st team with both hands, with outstanding performances in his first two appearances. So much so that other clubs had already started to show an interest in Taran and we had to move quickly to keep him onboard. At only 19 years of age he undoubtedly has a big future in the game of rugby league. Taran is expected to figure in the match against Batley Bulldogs on Thursday.
